Reflection Text 5Direction & Awareness

A structured reading on the difference between movement and direction, and how to check whether your daily actions still match your intentions.
Being busy is not the same as moving in a direction. Direction requires that you periodically lift your attention from the next task to the larger pattern of your days.
Awareness is the bridge between the values you say you have and the actions you actually take. Without it, drift is the default.
Use this reading as a small checkpoint. You are not being asked to redesign your life — only to notice, with honesty, whether your current direction matches what is important to you.
Reflection prompts
Optional questions to journal on, in your own time.
- If you continue this week exactly as it has been going, where will you arrive?
- What is one small adjustment that would put you back on a direction you choose?
Your progress is tracked across all seven reflections.
