Reflection Text 3Emotional Balance

A structured reading to help you observe your emotional state without amplifying it or pushing it away.
Emotions are signals, not commands. They give you information about what matters to you and where your attention is being pulled.
Balance is not feeling neutral all the time. It is the capacity to feel what you feel without losing your center. Read slowly, and notice the emotions present in your body as you do.
Naming an emotion accurately is often enough to reduce its intensity. Try replacing vague labels ("I feel off") with more specific ones ("I feel disappointed," "I feel uncertain").
Reflection prompts
Optional questions to journal on, in your own time.
- What emotion is most present in you right now?
- What is that emotion trying to point your attention toward?
Your progress is tracked across all seven reflections.
